Encounter scope

Only selected encounters initialize this stream's diagnosis and procedure codes. Evidence from other encounters may still be reused explicitly.

Notarize & file receipt

Filing creates a LARRI dormant receipt: the institution's LARRI key signs it and the ledger commits it, but the entry is not classified portable and carries no trust-issued commitment. Portable issuance is a later ledger classification.

Demo trust release

This demonstration records a $USD policy charge when the ledger-filed LARRI dormant receipt is classified as a LARRI portable receipt and its trust-issued commitment is recorded. The already-signed receipt bytes do not change; billing and portability remain demo-policy classifications.

Hospital ledger

Family A · append-only · hospital-resident demo data. This record is not part of the canonical bundle, and the receiver-side Verifier never needs hospital access.

Locked

The ledger holds patient identifiers, document names and the private service description. Authorize with the institution's LARRI signing key — the same key that authorizes filing a receipt.

Graph view

Open the same record as a navigable map: claims, receipt chains, amendments and evidence as connected nodes. Built for an insurer or regulator tracing how a decision was reached.
